Da Kine Canine Festival

August 31st, 2012

Please join us on Sunday, September 2nd from 2-5:30 pm at the Kailua Town Parking Garage for the 5th annual Da Kine Canine festival presented by Island Dog Magazine. It’s a free, dog-friendly event where you can shop for doggie products and meet professionals in the dog industry. There will also be giveaways, live music, and food for both humans and dogs!!

While you’re there, please stop by Hawaii CAN’s booth to meet some of our service dogs in-training, talk to our volunteers and trainers, and get some info about our upcoming fundraiser, Hooray for Howllywood. We will also have lots of neat items for sale, like postcards, tee shirts, jewelry, and more!!

Hawaii CAN is proud to announce its upcoming fundraiser dinner, Hooray for Howllywood on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at The Plaza Club. Please join us for a posh evening of pupparazzi and glam to celebrate the Hawaii CAN Service Dog “Stars”.

Hawaii CAN welcomes new puppies!!

Hawaii CAN welcomed its first litter on Saturday, April 14, 2012. Mommy dog Annie, a service dog in-training, gave birth to 7 healthy puppies – 3 boys and 4 girls. Click here for more info and pics!!

Garage and Grindz Sale

Hawaii Canine Assistance Network will be holding a Garage and Grindz Sale at a volunteer’s house in Mililani Mauka (see flier below for map and address) on Sunday, March 11th from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.  If you are in the area that day or know of people who will be, please stop by to check out the food and stuff that Hawaii CAN is selling to raise money for its service dogs in training and its programs!
