Donate through Foodland’s Give Aloha program

August 31st, 2012

Every year, during the month of September, Foodland hosts its Give Aloha program. It was created in 1999 to honor Foodland’s founder, Maurice J. “Sully” Sullivan, as a way of continuing his legacy of giving back to the community. From September 1st through the 30th, at all Foodland and Sack N Save stores statewide, customers are able to make a donation to a Hawaii non-profit organization. This year, you can start donating to Hawaii CAN using the code 78673. The great thing is that Foodland and the Western Union Foundation will match donations up to a total of $350,000 for all organizations!!

To donate, all you need to do is use your Maika’i card when you check out, and give the cashier our code, 78673.

Please see Foodland’s Give Aloha page for more details about this program.
